Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original Atelier PEGAI packaging, ensuring all dust bags and protective inserts are included to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
